Apply to lashes prior to mascara application. Allow time to set then top with mascara.

Make sure to apply a generous coat from root to tip on upper and lower lashes. Allow time for the product to set on lashes, then top with mascara. By layering each product separately you’ll notice a significant difference in both the length and volume of your lashes.
